Responsibilities:
- Develop new project logistics business in Vietnam while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
- Build and execute the country’s growth strategy, business plan and sales pipeline.
- Design tailored, end-to-end solutions with the Project Management, Chartering and local teams.
- Lead pricing for strategic opportunities and major RFQs.
- Develop and review relationships with agents, vendors and key accounts to support delivery and profitability.
- Guide and train local teams on project cargo solutions and best practices.
- Ensure a smooth handover to Operations and oversee project execution in line with company procedures and HSEQ standards.
- Report monthly on pipeline activity, business wins and conversion rates.
- Strong knowledge of project logistics, including pricing and commercial strategy.
- Confident engaging with customers and delivering presentations.
- Sound understanding of the factors that drive profitability in logistics and supply chain operations.
- Able to bring teams together to make decisions and deliver results.
