This is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing the company's AI roadmap, identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, and delivering AI solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organisation's AI and digital transformation strategy
- Lead enterprise-wide AI initiatives from concept through implementation
- Partner with business leaders to identify high-impact AI use cases
- Drive AI governance, innovation and change management across the organisation
- Build relationships with technology partners and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven senior leadership experience in AI, digital transformation, technology or innovation leadership, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise AI initiatives.
- Familiarity with China markets and language fluency in Chinese to manage Chinese stakeholders.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), data analytics and automation technologies.
- Experience developing AI strategies and translating business challenges into scalable technology solutions.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders in a complex, global organisation.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within shipping, maritime, logistics or other asset-intensive industries is highly advantageous.
