Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a leading multinational company in the Marine Electronics Manufacturing space to identify a General Manager for their Singapore operations.
The location is at Bukit Merah.
You will be responsible for the Company's business in the APAC region, achieving Sales Targets in South East Asia for their products, systems & services through direct and reseller and service agent partners; also to marshal, coach & lead regional staff in all functions present in the region, advising the Regional Director & Executive Management team concerning strategy bottleneck & requirement improvements to ensure business growth & consulting with relevant teams in & out of the region to deliver on the strategies.
The ideal candidate would be someone who has experience managing a team, B2B technology sales skills, marine industry sales (Navigation equipment will be an asset), customer relationship management experience.
