As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of crewing operations, including the recruitment, training, and management of a team of Crew Mobilization Managers and is responsible for flawless delivery of crew mobilization responsibilities such as timely travel arrangements for approved crew, digitally capturing required documents for approved crew, point of escalation for CMPs in assigned fleet and crew cells, crew and family welfare coordination, and helping enhance usage and development of ShipSure.
