Faststream Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Front Desk Manager to join a globally recognised Cruise Line! This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to bring their expertise to progress and work for a highly successful cruise line who are seen as one of the leaders in the cruise industry!

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

Minimum two years’ front-of-house managerial/operational experience in a hotel, cruise line, or hospitality industry-related field preferred.
Ability to deal with international guests.
Professional and welcoming with strong emotional intelligence.
Skilled in conflict resolution with resourceful thinking.
Able to meet key responsibilities and all reasonable company requests.

In return, the company will offer:

4-month on / 2-month off contract rotation
Monthly salary starting at $3,500 USD (paid on board only)
