Fleet Manager

You will provide leadership across a fleet of car carriers, overseeing technical performance, maintenance strategy, dry dockings, surveys and regulatory compliance. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will drive operational excellence, support fleet performance and contribute to the development of technical teams.

Key Requirements:
- Former Chief Engineer with proven leadership experience leading shore-based technical teams.
- Proven experience working with RORO, car carrier vessels, or dry cargo ships, either at sea or ashore.
- Strong knowledge of vessel maintenance, dry dockings, surveys and regulatory compliance
- Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders while driving fleet performance
