Job Description

As Director, People Operations Maritime you will enjoy a varied role, with responsibilities including strategic planning, budget control, recruitment, crew requirement projections, disciplinary management, and ensuring that the company is always fully in date with developments in maritime legislation and regulation updates.  
  
The ideal candidate will have: 
  • Over 2 years senior level experience in Maritime HR OR extensive crew management experience 
  • Strong knowledge of MLC2006, ISM and STCW 
  • Strong ship management understanding 
  • Well developed budget management and negotiation skills 
  • Experience in disciplinary and conflict management 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building skills 
  • Fluent English is required 
  • -Good computer skills (Word / Excel / Powerpoint)
