This is a global leadership role focused on seafarer competency, training and talent development across key seafarer locations including India, the Philippines and China.
You’ll shape development frameworks, succession planning, career pathways and future competency strategies, while driving consistent standards across regions and preparing seafarers for new technologies, regulations and vessel requirements.
Key Requirements
- Former Masters or Chief Engineers who have moved into senior training, competency or seafarer development leadership will be highly regarded.
- Senior leadership experience in seafarer training, competency development or maritime talent management.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-country change or transformation programmes.
- Strong track record building training, succession, career development or competency frameworks.
- Strong understanding of maritime training standards and future shipboard competency needs.
