Supporting the Hotel Director, you will oversee onboard hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience and smooth day-to-day performance across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- To play a critical role in overseeing the daily hotel operations onboard.
- Drive high service standards and guest satisfaction, with a strong focus on F&B and Inventory.
- Support, coach, and develop department heads
- Monitor budgets and operational performance
- Deputise for the Hotel Director when required
- Previous senior hotel leadership experience onboard cruise ships
- Strong multi-department management skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational ability
- Financial awareness and guest-focused mindset
- Competitive salary of $4890 per month (paid all year round)
