As a Client Relationship Manager you will be responsible for business development amongst key clients based within your region. This will include retention and growth with existing clients and winning new key clients. You will manage all aspects of client development, strategy and research; leading pitches and internal/external team meetings; developing marketing and business development activity that ties into the clients' needs; monitoring KPIs and reporting regularly back to line managers and other internal stakeholders.
  
Role in brief:
  • Responsible and accountable for ensuring that commercial targets assigned are agreed and achieved. These will include but not limited to, market share, growth, income, margin.
  • Protect and grow business with specified clients as well as with net new ones
  • Identify and win new business opportunities from the whole Market
  • Promote and communicate LR products and services to clients directly, and arrange appropriate visits, presentations and local seminars as required.
  • Ensure relations are developed and maintained between LR senior management and client senior management.
  • Ensure LR and clients have an effective relationship at all levels
  • Ensure the principle of KYC (Know Your Client) is fully applied
  • Responsible for general client care so that client queries get effectively resolved by understanding, building and using relationships with the network of other specialist employees to achieve effective specialist knowledge transfer and application.
  • Maintaining personal contacts with key influencing personnel within LR.
Requirements:-
  • Fluent Greek – written & spoken
  • Right to work in Greece
  • Able to travel to the Athens office minimum twice a week
  • Degree qualified (or equivalent) in relevant field (Marine Engineering / Naval Architecture etc)
