Job Description

I am working exclusively with an established Luxury Expedition Cruise brand to appoint Cruise Shoreside Administrator to work out of their office in Miami, FL or Boston, MA. My client prides themselves on offering unparalleled services to their clientele, they offer luxury cruises to the ends of the globe. 

The company is experiencing a significant growth phase. As a result, they have an opportunity for 2 Cruise Shoreside Administrators.

Your role is essential to the business and your responsibilities will include the following:
  • Paperwork Management – Cruise
  • Resolve/Address Portal Issues
  • Quality review of on-ship staff
  • Development of Destination Enhancements
  • Creative Turnovers - provision of data and information
  • Contract negotiation of cruise components
  • Quality Assurance:  Liaise between all players, attend quality meetings, take immediate actions
  • Competitive analysis updates
  • Branding:  strategy, annual budgeting, vendors, etc.
  • Performance Issues
  • Escalation protocol
