Locations: Liverpool or Hessle (UK)
We are currently working exclusively with an established tug and towage company based in Liverpool, who are looking to bring an experienced Crewing Manager into their team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected operator within the maritime sector, playing a key role in both the day-to-day crewing function and longer-term workforce strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operational crewing requirements across the fleet
- Develop and implement strategic crewing plans
- Ensure compliance with all relevant maritime regulations and standards
- Manage crew scheduling, mobilisation, and certification
- Work closely with senior leadership on workforce planning and resource optimisation
- Proven experience within the maritime sector
- Strong background in both operational and strategic crewing
- Solid understanding of maritime compliance and certification requirements
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
This role can be based in Liverpool or Hessle. Please note, there is no relocation support, so candidates should already be based within a commutable distance.
