We have a new opportunity for a  Crewing Assistant | Offshore

Location: Aberdeen, Westhill 
Reporting to: Crewing Team

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Crewing Assistant to support the crewing function within Northern Marine Group. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career within the maritime sector, working closely with internal teams and offshore personnel to ensure smooth and efficient crewing operations.

Required skill set and experience:

  • Minimum of 2 Highers (or equivalent)

  • Previous experience in a customer service or office-based environment

  • An understanding of the offshore or maritime sector, with a strong willingness to learn and develop

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt style to different audiences

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Confident in building relationships and working with a range of stakeholders

Desirable:

  • Basic understanding of marine regulatory frameworks such as ISM Code, STCW, and MLC 2006
