You will be an experienced maritime professional who understands the operational realities of crewing and enjoys working collaboratively across multiple departments.
You will likely bring:
- Experience in a shore-based Crew Training, Competence or Marine Personnel role.
- Previous exposure to Crew Operations or close collaboration with operational teams.
- Experience developing competency frameworks, training programmes or career development pathways for seafarers.
