An exciting opportunity has arisen with an innovative and growing business operating at the intersection of maritime, sustainability, electrification and low-carbon mobility solutions.

Location: Singapore

We are seeking a commercially driven professional to join the team as a Commercial Manager in Singapore, supporting the growth and commercialization of next-generation low carbon and electric mobility solutions across the maritime and energy ecosystem.

This role would suit someone with strong commercial acumen who understands how to connect technical solutions with business viability, customer needs, pricing strategy and long-term market growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive commercial growth and market expansion for low carbon and EV-related solutions across the maritime and mobility sector
  • Develop and manage commercial models, pricing structures, proposals and contract strategies
  • Build business cases and evaluate commercial feasibility for new projects and solutions
  • Work closely with technical, operations, finance and leadership teams to support end-to-end project commercialization
  • Develop relationships with shipowners, ports, infrastructure partners, government agencies, energy stakeholders and strategic partners
  • Support tendering, RFQs, negotiations and contract management activities
  • Monitor market trends, customer demands, regulatory developments and competitor activity within decarbonisation and electrification
  • Contribute to broader business strategy, go-to-market planning and growth initiatives
  • Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities within the sustainability and clean energy ecosystem
  • Represent the business at industry events, conferences and client engagements
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Maritime, Sustainability, Energy or related discipline
  • Prior experience within maritime, offshore, energy transition, EV infrastructure, renewables, clean mobility or low carbon solutions
  • Strong understanding of commercial strategy, pricing models, financial fundamentals and contract negotiations
  • Experience working across cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to understand both technical and commercial aspects of projects
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a growing and evolving business
  • Experience supporting tender submissions, project commercialisation or strategic partnerships would be advantageous
