Key responsibilities
- Source and negotiate cargoes and vessels across the dry bulk market
- Manage voyage and time charter fixtures from negotiation through to execution
- Build and maintain relationships with charterers, shipowners and brokers
- Monitor freight markets and identify commercial opportunities on your allocated trade lanes
- Collaborate with operations and post-fixture teams to ensure smooth execution
- Proven experience in dry bulk chartering or shipbroking
- A strong network within the dry bulk market
- Commercially driven, with strong negotiation skills
- Operations grounding earlier in your career is an advantage
- Currently based in Hong Kong, or able to relocate independently
