Join an established international dry bulk business in a hands-on commercial role covering the full chartering cycle — from taking cargo positions and fixing tonnage through to voyage execution and final settlement.
This is an end-to-end position for someone comfortable working against physical cargo positions, sourcing and fixing suitable tonnage, and managing the voyage through to completion. You’ll negotiate voyage and time charter fixtures, oversee voyage economics and operational performance, and remain involved across bunkers, laytime, claims and owner settlements.
The role offers strong commercial ownership and broad exposure across chartering, voyage operations and freight risk management.

Key Requirements
- Proven dry bulk chartering experience within a ship operator, cargo owner, trader or similar commercial environment.
- Strong fixing experience across Handysize, Supramax, Panamax and/or Capesize tonnage, covering voyage and/or time charter business.
- Good understanding of voyage estimation, charter parties, bunker exposure, laytime, claims and post-fixture operations, with FFA or bunker hedging exposure advantageous.
- Strong commercial judgement with an established network across owners, operators and brokers.
- You should currently be based in Singapore, as relocation support is not available for this position.
