Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor booking trends and forecasts to optimize vessel utilization.
- Manage medium-term space allocation and container balance in line with equipment plans.
- Coordinate cargo routing and vessel optimization with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze cargo flow and performance data to support decision-making.
- Handle disruptions and implement effective cargo recovery solutions.
- Drive cost efficiency through proactive planning and response.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Capacity Management team.
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements to boost efficiency.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Able to adapt quickly to changes
- Good with Excel
