Our highly successful Maritime clients is looking for an entrepreneurial styled Business Development  Manager to grow their brand, client, business and team in their Florida based operations.  

This is a highly focused Business development roles that requires a strong track record and intense knowledge of the marine market, notably in Super Yachts, Large pleasure craft, Fishing fleet and workboats.

Your role will be to grow the business by strategic planning and focusing on the above vessels types. The product is a unique lighting solution for large craft.

The candidate will have a proven track record of growing a business and growing a team to fit demand. He/She will also have a good network in the industry and the ability to capitalize on opportunities. 

In addition, you will grow your commercial team of Sales Manager and Key Account Mangers and have the ability and experience to coach and develop the team.

Educational Qualifications:
    
Minimum academic level required:
     Qualification in a related field (i.e., business studies, marketing, sales)
  
Ideal academic level preferred:
     Degree in a related field (i.e., business studies, marketing, sales)
    
Professional Qualifications
     Portfolio of accomplished/successful works
