Associate Director - Crew Recruitment

Faststream Recruitment is a world-renowned Shipping, Maritime and Energy recruitment specialist. We are looking to appoint an Associate Director of Recruitment for our Crew Recruitment division. This is a brand new position and has been created due to our significant market growth and the remarkable success we have enjoyed over the last 18 months.

This newly created position offers a unique opportunity to partner with senior stakeholders within the Faststream Recruitment Group and work in a high-performing business. You will be responsible for growing our Crew recruitment brand across our established and highly successful Cruise, Superyacht, Tanker, Offshore and Energy teams.

You will partner with world-leading maritime and shipping brands. You will need to be highly entrepreneurial and have a strategic vision and ideas. You must have proven experience in successfully building large teams and big business in a Crew recruitment or Sales driven environment and be willing to travel the world to visit our prestigious client base. Key events that we attend include the Monaco Yacht Show and Seatrade Cruise Global, Miami so the desire to travel the world to represent Faststream is essential.

  • Salary/OTE is entirely dependent on experience but ranges between £60,000 - £100,000
