Key Responsibilities
- Support the registration and administration of vessels
- Liaise with shipowners, legal representatives, and internal stakeholders
- Manage documentation accurately and efficiently
- Handle enquiries via email and telephone
- Maintain and update internal systems and records
- Assist with mortgage and ownership documentation
- Provide administrative support across registry operations
- Strong administrative experience
- Excellent computer literacy
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn technical and legal processes
- Knowledge of maritime terminology such as ship ownership or flag state would be beneficial but not essential
- Must have the right to work in the UK
