Candidate Requirements
  • Strong administrative experience
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn technical and legal processes
  • Knowledge of maritime terminology such as ship ownership or flag state would be beneficial but not essential
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
I am looking for someone who is confident working in a regulated environment, comfortable handling sensitive operational data, and capable of maintaining the highest standards of professionalism at all times.

This is a role for someone who enjoys responsibility, structure, and being part of a system where precision is everything. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with one day per week required in the office.

If this sounds like the kind of environment where you could thrive, I would welcome a confidential conversation.
