Join a commercially driven engineering organisation delivering complex offshore and energy projects across international markets. With a strong pipeline of EPC tenders, this role sits at the centre of bid strategy, pricing, and project acquisition — working closely with technical and operational teams to secure high-value contracts.
You will manage the full tendering lifecycle from initial review through to final submission. This includes analysing technical requirements and drawings, preparing detailed cost estimates across multi-discipline inputs, coordinating with engineering, procurement, and subcontractors, and developing competitive commercial proposals. You will play a key role in pricing strategy, ensuring estimates are accurate, commercially sound, and aligned with project requirements. You will also support clarification rounds, client engagement, and the transition of awarded projects into execution.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in tendering and estimating within offshore, EPC, or large-scale engineering projects (FPSO / topside / module exposure advantageous)
- Strong capability in cost estimation, pricing build-ups, and bid analysis across multi-discipline scopes
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings for accurate estimating and proposal development
- Effective coordination skills across engineering, procurement, and project teams
