Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts, executing commercial strategies aligned with the company’s overall direction.
- Build strong relationships through proactive engagement, including structured Quarterly Business Reviews, regular face-to-face meetings, and seamless onboarding of new customers.
- Track account performance while identifying new customer opportunities and target segments in line with strategic priorities.
- Work closely with ROs and cross-functional stakeholders to drive backhaul cargo opportunities and expand presence.
- Stay attuned to evolving customer needs and market trends, generating actionable insights to support both strategic planning and day-to-day decision-making.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Maritime, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or the logistics industry
- Proven success in business and account development
