Key Responsibilities
- Conduct root cause analysis of marine incidents and claims, including vessel visits and stakeholder engagement
- Prepare reports, recommendations, and safety guidance for industry awareness
- Support development of loss prevention initiatives and maintain technical data systems
- Provide maritime advisory to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Deliver training through seminars, webinars, and management reviews
- Represent the organisation in client engagements and industry forums
- Strong seagoing or ship management background, with offshore or specialised fleet exposure preferred
- Experience in marine incident/claims analysis and understanding of P&I/marine insurance
- Strong communication, analytical, and report-writing skills
- Ability to engage stakeholders and present technical concepts clearly
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel including vlookup, pivot table etc.
