They are looking for an experience human resources professional to join their team in Singapore and drive their HR department by partnering with internal and external stakeholders with regards to company policies and recruitment.
The main responsibilities of this role are to manage the full spectrum of HR functions including:
- Talent acquisition, visa applications where required, onboarding and retention
- developing and implementing HR policies and processes
- Managing annual appraisals and evaluation processes, as well sa any disciplinary actions when needed
- Conduct salary reviews and keep compensation data up-to-date
- Preparation for audits
- Conducting payroll
