Key Responsibilities
- Support the 1st and Chief Housekeeper in the daily operation of the Housekeeping Department.
- Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with inspections, training, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Chief Housekeeper or in a senior housekeeping role onboard cruise ships.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Experience managing multicultural teams.
- Ability to provide shipboard appraisals from very last 2 contracts.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- 4 months on board 2 months off rotation
- Salary of $3499 per month worked on board plus benefits package.
