Faststream have partnered with a leading multinational companyin the search for an experienced Application Engineer to join their team in China.
Our clients are a dynamic organisation, with excellent brand equity in the market, who provide a range of services and technology solutions to the maritime industry.
They are looking to attract and engage an experienced and meticulous Application Engineer to assist in the development of their software solutions, enabling them to provide competitive solutions to their clients in the maritime industry.
You will be planning, developing, testing and supervising application development. By gathering intel and liaising with existing and new clients, you will be required to identify new upgrade and/or development opportunities, and propose and project manage the solutions through the development and deployment phases.
Due to the niche nature of the industry, the ideal candidate will be required to have experience in the development of maritime software that is typically used in shipyards, marine or offshore design houses, CAD/engineering environments or classification.
Basic coding ability is desirable.
