Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Chief Engineer and First Engineer in the safe and efficient operation of all engine room machinery and systems
Oversee daily engine room operations, ensuring compliance with company procedures and international regulations
Lead and support junior engineering officers and ratings
Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of planned maintenance
Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards

Requirements:

2nd Engineers unlimited license (CoC)
Minimum of 2 contracts sailing as 2nd Engineer on Cruise ships over 50,000GT is essential
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
