Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping Department.
- Lead, coach and motivate the housekeeping team.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with company procedures, public health and safety regulations.
- Previous experience as a 1st Housekeeper or in a similar senior housekeeping role onboard a cruise ship.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Experience managing multicultural teams.
- Valid STCW certification and seafarer documentation.
- Ability to provide last 2 end of contract appraisals from previous/current company.
- Availability to join ASAP (July 2026)
- Salary of $4500 per month worked on board.
