My client is a successful Ferry company based in Scotland in the Glasgow area, who is looking to take on a Head of Engineering, Policy and Performance.
Reporting into the Director of Asset Management, this is a strategic position that will focus on delivering an improved asset maintenance plan, including providing technical and engineering support to the fleet and the shore side management team. This role requires a highly experienced and influential senior level manager who will be able to help employees reach their full potential.
In this diverse position, you will lead and encourage all employees within the assert management department, Act as the main point of contact with Vessel Owners and build relationships with other departments and external customers. You will be required to actively participate in the development and implementation of maintenance policy and ensure robust, accurate and timely reporting of all financial matters, amongst various other duties.

- Recognised Management & Leadership qualifications are essential
- Technical/Engineering and/or Business-related background / qualifications / degrees
- Change management and strong project management skills
- Proven leadership skills across multiple disciplines
- Strong financial and commercial acumen

This is a permanent position and the successful candidate will be required to be based permanently in commuting distance to the Glasgow office. The existing permanent right to live and work in the UK is essential for this role.
