I am currently working with a leading Expedition Cruise company, and have an opportunity for an extraordinarily skilled Executive Chef to be part of the team preparing their new ships for operation in 2019.
As Executive Chef you will enjoy a varied role. You will raise the company and the entire Galley operation to a new level, whilst implementing new concepts that create better experiences for the guests.
Your responsibilities will cover the entire on-board galley operation. You will work on continuously developing the employees so that we can deliver premium service and quality on the ships. You will supervise and motivate crew, conduct menu briefings, order all food supplies, ensure food safety and cleanliness is of the highest standards and socialize with guests at meal times.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years Executive Chef Experience on Premium Cruise Lines
- Proven experience with new openings / start-ups
- Experience from high end customers is preferable
- Developed management skills
- Fluent English language skills
