Faststream is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for a global shipping company based in Hamburg.

This role will require someone who has previously worked within a shipping or maritime company and has knowledge of the industry. You will need to be proactive, friendly and professional and will be working within an international shipping environment. You will be responsible for dealing directly with customers, queries, liaising with agents, bookings, load lists, confirmations and monitoring of processes to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

Knowledge of the shipping industry and a previous role within a shipping company will be needed for this role, however all further training will be provided.

A positive outlook and attitude will be very beneficial in this role and proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
