Due to continued growth they have created a new position to support their after sales business.
The primary responsibility of the role is to facilitate, own and promote the sale of Product Spare Parts directly to the Global Customer base and 3rd Party Service Partners. Responsible for the generation of quotations based on the Customer's request, by evaluation & validation of the enquiry and registering / maintaining an opportunity register, within the CRM database. The role will be accountable for processing internal and external customer spare parts requests in a timely manner aligned to Customer expectations and agreed SLA's.
* Maritime experience would be advantageous
* Experience in B2B sales
* Ideally degree educated
* 60% sales, 20% customer service, 20% admin
£25,600 - £30,000 Year 1 OTE (On Target Earnings)
