Our client, a major shipping company in the region, is looking for an Administrative Assistant with an HR Speciality.

You role will be to manage the top HR team appointments and schedules:

- Organise and arrange meetings, customer events, entertainment, travel and hotels logistics
- Provide high level administrative support during board meetings and the associated administration
- Help in the compilation, verification and shaping of information such as memos, letters, reports, presentations
- Process Purchase Orders, receive deliveries and manage expense claims
- Assist to liaise and co-ordinate with training providers on course confirmation, required training facilities, etc
- Attend to incoming calls from internal/external parties and welcome/receive guests in a courteous and professional manner


- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related course of studies
- 5 years of secretarial experience, preferably in HR Function with some experience in training administration
- Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Good initiative, requiring discretion, confidentiality
