Jake is the Associate Director of Energy at Faststream Recruitment covering our Europe, Middle East, Africa and Americas operations.

Jake has gained extensive knowledge over his 20 years plus of recruitment experience and joined the Faststream Recruitment business in 2017. He is a Fellow of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (FREC) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Jake is a champion for driving positive change in the world of work and holds a level 5 certificate in learning and development from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
