About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen to join our Houston Team as an Office Administrator on a part-time basis – 20 hours a week.
Responsibilities would include:
- Office Administration (Post, Stationary, Phones)
- Contractor care (background checks, right to work, paperwork)
- Travel arrangements
- Adhoc projects
- Point of contact for building management
- A confident, friendly and adaptable individual who has the ability to work as part of a team

- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work on own initiative
- Computer literate including experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
