Procurement Engineer

Basic Function:
Management of procurement function for commercial and capital projects as assigned.

Authority I To act
Authority II To act but inform the person whom he/she reports to and other interested parties.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a field related to supply chain management, engineering or business with preference for a master’s degree.
Experience: Three or more years in strategic supply chain management or procurement, with a preference in oil and gas, marine industry or airlines.
Skills: Extensive contract negotiations skills, with a proven track record of cost savings. Engineering skills related to drawing interpretation and understanding of specifications.
