An established shipyard that integrated engineering group providing solutions and services in the marine sectors is looking for Manager (Maintenance Engineering)

Participate in tender proposal stage to ensure that the maintenance support element of the ILS program is provided to fulfil the customer's requirement for cost effective supportability of the delivered vessels

Achieve timely delivery of an adequate maintenance support package using the results of the Logistic Support Analysis Program (LSAP) which includes:  

• Maintenance Plan
• Maintenance Allocation Charts
• Input to the Computerized Maintenance Management System
• Vessel Upkeep Plan
• Identification of skills profile for maintenance personnel
• Watch and Station Bill for ship personnel
• Input to Training Needs Analysis for maintenance training
• Identification of shore maintenance facilities

Requirements:

Preferably Degree in Marine /Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Naval Architecture

Effective planning skills

Preferably at least 5 years of relevant experience in project or maintenance management 

Good written, verbal communication and presentation skills

Able to interact effectively with all levels of staff both internally and externally

Demonstrated performance in proposal writing

Application knowledge of FMECA, RCM or OCM would be an added advantage

Ex-military personnel/regulars with the relevant experiences have added advantages
