An established shipyard that integrated engineering group providing solutions and services in the marine sectors is looking for Manager (Training Support)

Participate in tender proposal stage to ensure that the training element of the ILS program is provided to fulfil the customer's requirement for cost effective supportability of the delivered vessels

Manage the integration of training requirements with the other project activities to achieve timely delivery of:

• Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Report
• Training Management Plan (TMP)
• System, Maintainer and Operator Training Programs
• Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM) for new documentation

Requirements

Preferably Degree in Marine/Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering  or Naval Architecture

Preferably at least 5 years of relevant experience in training development or maintenance management

Good written, verbal communication and presentation skills

Able to interact effectively with all levels of staff both internally and externally

Demonstrated performance in proposal writing

Knowledge of Systems Approach to Training
