I am currently working with a leading Cruise company, and have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Chef on board.
As Executive Sous Chef you will enjoy a varied role. Your responsibilities will cover the entire on-board galley operation. You will supervise and motivate crew, conduct menu briefings, order all food supplies, ensure food safety and cleanliness is of the highest standards and socialise with guests at meal times. You will also be required to step up into the Executive Chef role in their absence.
The ideal candidate will have:
-Experience in a /5* restaurant in this position
-Cruise Ship experience
-Developed management skills
-Looking for long term future progression
-Fluent English language skills
