I am currently working with a luxury Cruise company, and have an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef on board.
As Sous Chef you will report into the Chef de Cuisine and enjoy a varied role. You will prepare meals to the highest standards and manage 30-40 people.
The ideal candidate will have:
-At least 3 years experience in a 4*/5* restaurant (cruise experience preferred)
-Experience as Sous Chef
-Cruise Ship experience
-City & Guilds 7061/2 or equivalent culinary qualification
-Food production/preparation qualification
-Good IT Skills
-Fluent English language skills
