Due to continued growth they require a Key Account Manager to be based in their London office.

Responsibilities:
*Sale of license amendments
*Management of Supplementary license fees
*Payment collection
*Sales of PS services
*Awareness of customer's status
*Handling of customer payments, credits, license issues and other matter
*Lead generation
*Qualification
*Understanding of requirements
*Understanding of product fit
*Liaison with Professional Services
*Liaison with Product Management
*Liaison with legal department

Candidate:
*Track record in Enterprise sales / account management
*History of working with customers and colleagues from diverse background
*Understanding of enterprise software sales
*Understanding of enterprise software contracts
*Negotiation
*High quality written reports
*Ability to travel
*Ease of access to principle airport
*Preferred Skills:
*Container terminal industry knowledge
