Our client is the marine industry's leading provider of medium- and high-speed marine diesel engines, generator sets and auxiliary engines.

Due to continued success they require a Territory Sales Manager.

Main responsibilities

*Develop and lead the implementation of the sales strategy in your region and look to increase market shares by identifying any new opportunities, customers and initiate an action plan to approach, engage and secure new business for dealers.

*Develop and maintain a strong and long term relationship as a partner with assigned dealers plus key opinion and decision makers/leaders/contacts and other relevant parties within the marine industry.

*Collaborate technically with the Technical Sales Engineers/ Dealers to analyze and determine the
optimum technical concept solution and provide this service in an early phase together with clients in order to facilitate the selling of the full engine-, propulsion-, and system integration package solution through the dealers.

*University degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Marine)
*Desirable University degree in Business Studies
*Experience within the marine industry
*Previous Sales experience of Technical products
*Must live in Gothenburg or be willing to relocate to the area
*Must have the right to live and work in Sweden
