Leading US East Coast Bulker Operator urgently seeking experienced engineer with management experience to manage the improvement of the Bulker Fleet
- You will have drive, technical expertise and experience in overseeing vessel improvements.
- Marine engineering background
- Responsible for project initiation, planning and close out
- 20% travel
- You will need to write reports AND manage the execution of your findings
- Overall your role is to improve the performance of the fleet including adding scrubbers etc, overseeing new builds, installing new equipment etc
- Company is highly profitable
- Opportunity for worldwide travel
- Involvement in extensive new build program
$80-100k + extensive benefit package inc health, dental, 401k, 7% profit share, excelelnt vacation etc
