Customer Service Manager - Airfreight (Permanent)

We are currently partnering with a multinational freight forwarding company. They are looking to recruit for a Customer Service Manager -Airfreight.

You will be directly managing the Customer Service team of Airfreight Division. You will be responsible for rates negotiation, freight management and prepare customer Key Performance Index reports. You will liaise directly attend to customers and ensure that Operating Standard Procedures are complied with.

You will provide quotes and rates to customers both locally and overseas. You will work collaboratively with inter business units, overseas agents and attend to special projects.

The ideal candidate must have at least five years of relevant working knowledge and experience within the freight forwarding industry and exposure with Aerospace Industry and Airport on ground (AOG). You must be able to lead a team of 10 staff and direct them effectively.
