Customer Service Manager - Airfreight (Permanent)

We are currently partnering with one of the world's leader Freight Forwarding company. They are looking to recruit for a Customer Service Manager to be based in Alps Avenue office.

You will be responsible in leading the Customer Service Team and provide guidance in rates negotiation and freight management. You will meet with the clients on special matters and prepare Customer's Key Performance index reports. You will be on top of all the inter business units concerns and disputes and roll out initiatives to resolve it. You need to analyse job file purchasing and raise concerns to Pricing Team. You will conduct recruitment exercise for executive level position when needed.

The ideal candidate must have at least five years of relevant experience within the freight forwarding industry and has actual experience in managing a team. You must have sound leadership and decision making skills. You must have a great penchant for customer service.
