Registration
You can register on this website at any time. Registering allows you to save / up-date your CV and contact details, making it quicker and easier to apply for jobs.
Searching for jobs
You can either go to the industry sectors most relevant to your work experience and view the most recent jobs posted (they are displayed with the most recent jobs at the top), search by global region, or you can use the site's powerful search engine to find jobs which match your key skills. Faststream use a ‘suggestive filtering’ system to enable candidates to find relevant vacancies as quickly as possible.
Apply for jobs
As soon as you have uploaded your CV, you can apply for jobs online. You need to select the required job and then click 'View Job’ to see the full job details (as only summaries are displayed). When you have read the job specification, you can then click 'Apply for Position'. Your application, including cover letter, CV and contact details will be sent to the relevant Faststream team.
Saving jobs
If you see a number of vacancies which you would like to apply for, you can quickly and easily save an unlimited number of jobs whilst you are looking through the website. To save a job click ‘Add to saved jobs’. All saved jobs will appear in your ‘Saved jobs’ folder which is located above the search filter.
Saved Searches
Your personalised vacancy searches can be saved for later to avoid you having to enter the details every time you log in or look at another search. When you return to the site you can run these saved searches with a single click and switch between different saved searches easily. Faststream will also send you email alerts when a vacancy matching your search criteria is added to the website. You must activate email alerts and can turn them off at any point by logging into your account. You must be registered to use this service.
