Preferably

• At least 15 years in Architectural Firms experience working on mixed-use development.
• BOA registered in Singapore is PREFERRED.
• Experience and Desire for training and developing junior staff.
• You must be a creative thinker and think on the lines of conceptualization.
• Conversant with architectural trades especially in Asia.
• MUST be familiar with authorities' regulations and local building codes.
