Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a Shipbuilder to identify, attract and engage an experienced Design Manager.

Our client provides offshore support vessels and integrated services to the oil and gas industry.

Liaise with Owner/ Class/ External Designer for the specific design requirement and provide technical solution.
Lead team to general conceptual and basic design.
Design and deliver tailored training programs, provide one-on-one coaching, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry practices.
Perform naval architecture calculations such as speed performance prediction, stability/hydrostatic, scantling assessment, weight distribution, launching calculation and etc.
Responsible for delivering the respective project design drawing and document.
